Our CNC Die Sinker Models

For years, all manufacturers specializing in small precision parts have needed a CNC Sinker that features a space savings design as well as humanistic operation.  Now there is a newly designed precision CNC Sinker from Accutex EDM with various size travels to meet the customer's needs.

• The Accutex EDM CNC Die Sinker structure was designed using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) ton ensure high accuracy machining. 
• Base casting is manufactured using rigid, heavily ribbed high grade Meehanite castings. 
• Premium grade components were used such as an ultra precise direct coupled drive system (no belts).  Scheenberger linear bearings, ultra fine finish ball screws and high resolution servo motors, linear guideways and optical scales.
• Windows based CE control with 15" easy to read full color flat touch screen display.
• Software design supports ergonomics operation, dialogue options for easy operation for experienced or new operators.
• Options include built-in C-axis with 360° indexing, automatic electrode changer (AEC), oil chiller and tooling package.
• Machine sizes range from 12" - 20" in the X-axis, 10" - 16" in the Y-axis, and 8" - 16" Z-axis is standard.
